Through all the controversy and excitement of the state of Blink 182 in the past few years, one scientifically proven fact is that they are undoubted the god fathers of pop punk. Today is also Mark Hoppus’ birthday, and at 44 years old (insert your own +44 joke) he’s still proving that you never really have to grow up (if you form one of the most influential bands of the past few decades)

To celebrate the man who we all kinda wish was our cool uncle, we’ve dredged the internet for 10 facts you may not have known about the legend that is Mark Hoppus.
